What does your company do?

Saion is a group of highly motivated professionals with disciplined and in depth knowledge of technology to solve complex business problems

What was the business challenge?

Saion Corp. was challenged with customers request of increased bandwidth usage and high level SLA’s to make sure that the Client’s servers and sites are up and running at four 9 levels.  Saion Corp. was looking for a Colocation partner who can not only solve the problem at hand but also offers flexibility to scale up on demand.

What were some of the criteria you specified?

We were looking for a company that understood the challenges of a small business  -- including the need to be cost effective.  That company should be able to offer professional solutions with a knowledgeable staff to back it up.  Lastly, the company should be able to get the solution up and going at a drop of hat.

What made the AIS offering compelling?

We evaluated multiple vendors before deciding in favor of AIS, some of the main reasons were:

Saion Corp. has been with AIS for the past 6-7 years now and the experience has been second to none, all along AIS has been introducing new valuable services with the likes of Disaster Recovery and state of the art datacenter (Lightwave Data center), offering Saion Corp. multiple levels of value added services which can prove to be very important for our end clients as well.
