Getting Started:
To get started on e-CloudMail, clients are assigned an AIS service specialist who will gather basic information (number of seats, types of devices to support, features required) for the proposed new cloud-based enterprise email system. For most installations, the next steps involve provisioning services on the mail cloud, training for the new web and administrative interface, followed by the migration of users to the new collaboration suite.
If the installation is complex, where compliance or Active Directory integration is required, an AIS systems engineer will be assigned to guide the setup and migration process.
With e-CloudMail, clients have administrative control using a web-based interface for changing passwords, and adding/modifying/removing items such as accounts, distribution lists, and public folders. AIS will maintain operational control and has full responsibility for system maintenance and upgrades. Furthermore, AIS will provide Level 1 and Level 2 help desk support along with 24x7x365 email and phone support.
